Work out bitches


Semi-holiday means time to go back to toned abs and thighs. 


Ballet workouts.
Plies, arabasques, stretches, scorpions all on Demi pointè. Stomach in. Chest out. Back straight. 

I have surprisingly strong back + core muscles thanks to ballet all the way back then and cheer and yet I think I have BEYOND horrible posture. So here's to changing that. 


Need my Sentosa fix so bad. Anybody up ?
